Tomorrow’s good healthcare professionals learn not only in the lecture theatre, but above all through practical experience. Rondom offers that practical experience: a broad, multidisciplinary organisation in which students and lecturers gain experience that extends beyond a single discipline. For vocational colleges, universities of applied sciences, universities and other educational institutions, Rondom is a partner with whom to collaborate, whether it concerns work placements, guest lectures or contributing ideas to a study programme.

Furthermore, learning and development are deeply ingrained in our organisation. Through our own Rondom Learning Community, we make a systematic investment in training, support and knowledge-sharing.
