Life runs more smoothly.
Every day, we do everything we can to provide you with the best possible care and service. We listen to your wishes, work in line with the latest insights and continue to develop. However, there may be times when you are not satisfied. If that is the case, we would like to hear from you.
By sharing your experience with us, we can work together to find a suitable solution and further improve our care.
Often, a conversation is all it takes to resolve a misunderstanding or uncertainty. You should therefore discuss your experience with your practitioner first. We will listen to your story, and then work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you are unable to resolve the matter together, or would prefer to discuss your complaint with someone else, please contact our independent complaints officer. Our complaints officer will assist you with the further handling of your complaint.
When you submit your complaint, please describe it as clearly as possible. It would be helpful if you could also indicate what you think would be an appropriate solution.
You can submit your complaint using one of the options below:
Once we have received your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Our independent complaints officer will handle your complaint. If necessary, the complaints officer will contact you to discuss the situation further. Together, we will seek an appropriate solution.
We aim to resolve your complaint within 15 working days. If more time is needed to resolve it properly, we will let you know. Naturally, we will adhere to the statutory time limits set out in the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).
Are you dissatisfied with the way your complaint has been handled? If so, you can refer your complaint to an independent dispute resolution body.
Which dispute resolution body applies to your complaint depends on the care you have received. Our complaints officer will assess which dispute resolution body applies and ensure that you receive the correct information to submit your complaint to the appropriate body.
