NHPR
The NHPR is a network of healthcare providers who work with people with rheumatism. Collaboration and knowledge-sharing are central to this network. The aim is to improve care for people with rheumatism and to ensure it is better coordinated.

Sharing and developing knowledge
Our collaboration with the NHPR is aimed at improving care for people with rheumatism. We do this by sharing knowledge and working closely with other healthcare providers.
The NHPR brings healthcare providers together and promotes training and knowledge development. We are part of this and contribute our own expertise, for example in the field of podiatry and mobility issues. In this way, we work together to improve the quality of care.
Coordination of care
In this collaboration, different forms of care work together more effectively. The lines of communication between care providers are shortened. As a result, treatments are better coordinated. In doing so, we look not only at the symptoms, but also at daily life and quality of life. This ensures better coordination centred on the client.
This collaboration highlights the role our care plays in the management of rheumatism. Podiatry is a key part of this. It helps other healthcare professionals to find us more easily and to know when to refer patients. As a result, clients receive the right care more quickly.
