You learn by doing
An internship at Rondom does not mean you’ll be watching from the sidelines. You’ll be part of the team right from the start and will be given the opportunity to gain experience in day-to-day practice.
Of course, you’ll receive guidance tailored to your course and learning objectives. At the same time, we believe it’s important that you take the initiative, ask questions and are given responsibility that matches your development. After all, it’s by doing that you learn the most.
In this way, you will not only develop professional knowledge, but you will also learn to work together, communicate and deal with situations you will encounter later in your career.

For example, you can come to us for work placements, final-year placements and practical or research assignments. Together, we’ll look at which opportunities best suit your course and learning objectives.

We believe it is important that, during your work placement, you receive the guidance you need to develop. That is why we provide an experienced mentor who will support you, think alongside you and help you get the best out of yourself.
Together, you’ll work on your learning objectives, discuss your progress and consider the steps you want to take during your work placement. There’s always scope to ask questions, reflect and gain new experiences.
