Psychology
Do you take an experience- and solution-oriented approach? Do you believe it is important not only to treat clients yourself, but also to mentor younger colleagues in their professional development? Do you have a clear vision and are you prepared to look beyond established methods and working practices? And do you enjoy taking on management responsibilities? Then we’re looking for you!
We are currently looking for a clinical psychologist (minimum 24 hours per week) to join our practice with immediate effect.
Daadkracht Psychology is a dedicated practice in Dongen, founded in 2009, where we provide primary mental healthcare (Basis GGZ) for adults and young people. What makes us special? We combine conventional treatments with experiential therapies – such as sessions with horses – and we take a systemic approach. This means that clients and referrers consciously choose us. We treat a wide range of issues, from individual to family-focused, with a broad, solution-focused range of therapies and group training programmes. We use diagnostic assessments with young people in a targeted and measured way.
Through this partnership, we are enhancing the quality of our services and can respond even more effectively to the growing demand for accessible, personalised care – whilst retaining our identity and practice culture.
Our team consists of around 15 colleagues with a range of specialist skills. We are go-getters, critical thinkers and doers. Communication lines are short, and the atmosphere is engaging and collegial. We work – including internally – according to systemic principles, with a strong focus on collaboration and development. This includes peer review sessions, consultation meetings and having lunch together whenever possible.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced colleague who is willing to take on the role of lead therapist for both young people and adults. You will provide professional guidance to colleagues, liaise regularly with your own team as well as with the management and the team at OnsPsychologie, and also design your own treatment programmes.
In addition:
A meaningful role within a practice that is constantly evolving. We remain small-scale and personal, but – through our collaboration with OnsPsychologie – we also offer plenty of scope for development, in-depth learning and connection with other professionals.
