Are you a professional, committed and proactive executive assistant who thrives on organising, thinking ahead and taking the pressure off others? Do you enjoy working in an environment where you make a real difference, not just by sorting things out, but by bringing people together and creating a positive working atmosphere? If so, Rondom is looking for you.
As an Executive Assistant at Rondom, you’ll be at the heart of a growing, multidisciplinary environment. You’ll provide high-level support to our executive team and help ensure they can carry out their work effectively, with focus and peace of mind. You’ll anticipate what’s needed, even before anyone asks.
Rondom comprises various (healthcare) companies and a large team of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds: physiotherapists, (mental health) psychologists, podiatrists and occupational therapists, as well as software developers, data specialists and support staff. Together, we work every day towards a single clear mission: to help people move more comfortably through life, both physically and mentally.
For us, ‘Lekker lopen’ is about more than just exercise. It’s about being able to participate in society, feeling free and living life to the full. Together, we make healthcare accessible, forward-looking and people-centred.
As an Executive Assistant, you are an indispensable link within our organisation. You maintain an overview, ensure calm and bring structure to a dynamic environment where a lot is happening at once. You support the management team both practically and substantively and act as the central point of contact. In addition, when your schedule allows, you also provide support to other members of the management team and organisational units.
