Rondom Podotherapeuten is adding nearly 100 years’ experience to its team this week
We are very proud and delighted to have been able to add six new podiatrists to our team this week. These colleagues are keen to share their vast knowledge and experience with us and to work together towards our mission: to help as many people in the Netherlands as possible walk well for as long as possible. Making an impact together is what we’re all about!

We are very proud and delighted that, as of this week, we have been able to add six new podiatrists to our team. These colleagues are keen to share their vast knowledge and experience with us and to work together towards our mission: to help as many Dutch people as possible walk well for as long as possible. Making an impact together is what we’re all about!
Sepp Mortelmans (Director of Healthcare) says: “Adding 100 years’ experience in foot healthcare to the experience already present within our team is no small feat.” In particular, the expertise these podiatrists bring, especially in the areas of footwear knowledge and collaboration with orthopaedic shoemaking, will be invaluable in continuing to provide the most appropriate care based on a stepped-care approach.
The fact that the choice of these podiatrists is based primarily on what we as an organisation have been embodying for years makes us particularly proud and happy.
A socially driven healthcare organisation where you are challenged and inspired, and which makes the hearts of its professionals beat faster. A place where you can bring out the best in yourself and be there both for your patients and for one another. “Every day at Rondom, we do wonderful and enjoyable things that really make a difference, alongside lovely, professional and wonderful people,” says Marly van Gestel (Operations Director)
The addition of these professionals to the team also ensures that waiting times at most practice locations can remain short and patients can be seen quickly. The workload for our healthcare professionals is distributed evenly and remains manageable. But it also gives us the opportunity, as podiatrists, to remain active outside our own practice premises, out in the community, on sports pitches, in care homes, hospitals, orthopaedic clinics, social networks and in the workplaces of various companies.
