Chiropodists highly satisfied with the collaboration: results of the 2025–2026 survey announced
Last week, our colleagues Monique Gouw and Laura Zantboer-Eijsackers hosted the second edition of our fascinating webinar on identifying high-risk feet in people with an increased risk of foot complications. This is an important and popular topic, as a total of more than 600 healthcare professionals had registered for our webinars!

This year, once again, we asked our contracted chiropodists about their experiences of working with us via our annual survey. The results are in, and we are proud to say that the feedback has once again been very positive!
The key findings at a glance:
- 69 per cent of participants give the collaboration a score of 8 or higher.
- 89.9% say they usually or definitely feel taken seriously by us.
- 84 per cent feel that they are generally well informed about processes and guidelines.
- 75.8 per cent find the level of cooperation between colleagues to be pleasant to very pleasant.
The survey also shows that they view the partnership as largely positive, particularly due to its reliability, good accessibility and administrative support. We are delighted with these positive results, as for us a strong relationship with healthcare providers is essential to being able to offer the best foot care together!
Together, we continue to grow
Despite these impressive figures, we continue to take a critical look at our own performance. We are proud of these results, but we also see areas for improvement. We naturally take these issues extremely seriously. We are currently implementing targeted measures in this regard to continue working on further improving the quality of our care and fostering strong collaboration.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our contracted chiropodists for taking part in the survey, for their daily dedication and for their commitment. Together, we’re making life a little smoother!
