What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?
I work as an IT manager at Rondom. I particularly get a buzz from finding smart and appropriate solutions to issues within the organisation. I enjoy not only devising a solution, but also actually putting it into practice. Especially when this makes it easier, safer or more efficient for colleagues to work.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?
You don’t always have to take big steps to make progress. Even small improvements can ultimately make a big difference.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?
The fact that I get excited and feel challenged by solving problems and improving processes is, for me, a clear sign that this job suits me well. I also love the fact that, through my work, I can help make my colleagues’ jobs easier and more enjoyable, so that they can focus entirely on what really matters: helping everyone walk more comfortably again.
