What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

I am a podiatrist and I get a real buzz from helping people. By making a device, making a small adjustment to a shoe or providing foot care, I can help people walk through life with ease again.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get on better in life?

You get more out of life when things are going well.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

I enjoy helping people and really appreciate it when people still come back to me after many years.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

At primary school, I volunteer in the school library and in my spare time I enjoy swimming and flower arranging.
