What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

I work at the secretariat; I arrange appointments for chiropodists throughout the Netherlands

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

Just act normal – that’s crazy enough

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

I love giving people advice and go the extra mile to help everyone; I also enjoy phoning people to answer any questions they may have about their treatment or their bills

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

They go on holiday a lot to explore the whole world, especially on cruises

as well as my work, you are also a very proud grandmother of two wonderful granddaughters
