What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

I work in the secretariat. Together with my colleagues, I am the first point of contact on the telephone and at the reception desk at our Heerlen site.

In addition, we are responsible for a number of administrative tasks.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

Keep believing in yourself and have confidence in yourself – both physically and mentally. That helps life run smoothly.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

My service- and customer-focused approach and my ability to empathise are clearly reflected in my work.
