What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

I am a podiatrist and I really enjoy seeing people happy after their treatment. Sometimes it’s good to dare to think and act outside the box.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

Good shoes are usually expensive, but expensive shoes are not always good.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

I enjoy being creative and want to make a difference to people’s lives. Podiatry is the ideal combination for me in that respect.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

I volunteer at the hospice in my village. I find this very rewarding. It is special to be able to play a part in someone’s final days
