Mission and vision
Our mission
Rondom is here to help people live a better life. We do this by helping people stay healthy, preventing ailments and absences as much as possible and, if help is needed after all, providing appropriate care and support quickly.
We improve people’s physical, mental and lifestyle health through accessible, practical and expert support that fits in with everyday life. In this way, we help people to experience greater control, resilience and freedom to work, exercise, relax and continue to participate in society.
Every colleague at Rondom contributes to this. Whether you provide direct care or work in a support role: together we make health more understandable, more accessible and easier to maintain.
Our vision
We believe in a future where health is about more than just care. It is about the opportunity to participate, to take control and to maintain long-term good health – at home, at work and in society.
Rondom is working towards a world in which prevention, support and care are organised in a smarter and more coherent way. Not based on individual symptoms or separate specialisms, but centred on the person as a whole.
Together with a highly diverse team of professionals, partners and the people we serve, we are making healthcare more accessible, more personalised and more sustainable.
This vision calls for collaboration, initiative and a willingness to look beyond one’s own field of expertise. It is precisely in this that Rondom’s strength lies: in connecting disciplines, people and organisations around what a person needs to live a good and resilient life.

Organisational objectives
Guided by our mission and vision, we focus on providing care that helps people to continue participating in daily life as fully as possible. The objectives set out below provide guidance on how we translate our mission and vision into our organisation, our care and our way of working.
- We continue to provide care and support that is in line with changes in society and with people’s needs.
- We ensure that essential care remains accessible, even for people on lower incomes.
- We develop and use healthcare technology that has been shown to help, or which we expect to add value.
- We ensure that staff feel engaged and enjoy working for us.
- We continue to learn and develop, so that healthcare professionals and teams can improve.
