We provide care at many locations across the Netherlands. Our healthcare professionals often work in health centres, GP practices or other familiar healthcare settings. We do this deliberately. Care close to home makes it easier for people to seek help. And it makes it easier to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
By being present in your local area, we can respond effectively to your needs. We know the local area well and work closely with healthcare providers in your region. This allows us to keep communication channels short and ensure that care remains personalised and local.
Working together for better care
For us, national coverage means more than just having lots of locations. It is also about collaboration. Within Rondom, different types of care work together. In addition, we coordinate with GPs, medical specialists, local authorities and other partners in the healthcare sector. This way of working helps us to look beyond a single complaint. By sharing knowledge and experience, we can better coordinate care needs.
Growth is not an end in itself
For us, growth is not an end in itself. We expand when this helps to ensure that care remains accessible. Sometimes this means opening new locations. In other cases, we take over care services that are at risk of being discontinued. In any case, our aim is always to ensure that clients do not lose access to the care they are accustomed to.
When we open or take over a new location, we consider its social value. Does it fit with our mission and vision? Does it contribute to accessible, appropriate care? Only if this is the case do we decide to proceed with a new location.
