Hypermobility
Are your joints very flexible, and do you experience pain, tiredness or instability as a result? If so, you may be suffering from hypermobility. This means your joints move further than average.
Hypermobility does not have to be a problem. Symptoms usually only arise when muscles and tendons have to work very hard to keep the joints stable.

What is it?
In hypermobility, joints are more mobile than normal. This can occur in one joint, but also in several joints at the same time.
Because ligaments and tendons are somewhat more flexible, muscles have to work harder to keep the body stable. As a result, muscles can tire more quickly and pain may develop.
