Rondom Code of Conduct
At Rondom, we believe it is important that everyone feels safe, welcome and comfortable. That is why we have established a number of guidelines. In this way, we work together to ensure a pleasant environment for clients, visitors and staff.
Treating one another with respect
We treat you with care and respect. We expect you to treat our staff and other clients with respect as well.
We do not tolerate aggression, discrimination or other undesirable behaviour.
Working together on your care
We provide good care together. We ask you to tell us openly and honestly how you are getting on and to follow appointments and advice as closely as possible.
Do you have any questions? Please feel free to ask.
Keeping to agreements
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. That way, we can help someone else.
We do our best to keep to our appointment times. Sometimes a treatment runs over. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
Keeping your details up to date
We may ask to see valid proof of identity.
If there are any changes to your details, such as your address or insurance, please let us know in good time. This will enable us to provide safe care and keep our records up to date.
