Pain on the inside of the big toe
This is also known as Joplin’s neuroma. Joplin’s neuroma is a nerve pain on the inner side of the big toe joint. It is caused by the nerve running there becoming pinched.

Here, the cause is addressed by means of (usually) corrective podiatric insoles. Depending on the extent of damage to the nervous system, the expected outcome is reasonable to good.
