We provide good care together. We ask you to tell us openly and honestly how you are getting on and to follow appointments and advice as closely as possible.

We may ask to see valid proof of identity.

If there are any changes to your details, such as your address or insurance, please let us know in good time. This will enable us to provide safe care and keep our records up to date.

We handle your personal data with care. We also ask you to respect the privacy of others. Taking photographs, videos or audio recordings is only permitted with the consent of the people concerned.

Always follow the instructions given by our staff. Do you have any symptoms that could be contagious? If so, please contact us before coming to your appointment.

In the event of aggression, threats or other undesirable behaviour, we may decide to discontinue treatment. If necessary, we will take further action.

Do you have any questions or are you dissatisfied with anything? Please discuss this with us. We’d be happy to work with you to find a solution. You can also make use of our complaints procedure.
