Improving care together: Rondom in Business
Rondom in Bedrijf helps organisations to keep their staff healthy and prevent health issues as far as possible, so that they can continue to function effectively at work. Every employee and every organisation is different. That is why Rondom in Bedrijf continues to improve care in collaboration with employees and clients. The starting point for this is what employees experience in their work and during a programme.

Questionnaires
We use questionnaires. We do this because we would like to hear about your experiences. Because if you share your experience with us, we can improve healthcare together.
From time to time, we may ask you to complete a questionnaire. Below you can find out which questionnaires these might be. Completing the questionnaires is voluntary and takes just a few minutes.
- A general health questionnaire to complete before your first appointment: In this questionnaire, we take a broad look at your health and daily life. The questions cover, for example, how you feel, how active you are and what matters to you. This helps us gain a comprehensive picture of your health.
- For your first appointment: an intake questionnaire: The questions in the intake questionnaire are intended to help you prepare for your first appointment. This enables us to tailor the care more effectively to your needs. And it leaves more time for your examination and treatment.
- After your first appointment: a questionnaire about how you found the appointment: In this questionnaire, we’d like to ask how you found your appointment and your first contact with us.
- Once your treatment is complete: a questionnaire about how you are getting on now In this questionnaire, we ask how you are getting on and to what extent your symptoms still limit you in your daily life. This helps us to gain a clear picture of the outcome of your treatment.
Rondom Foundation
For every completed questionnaire, we donate a sum to our Rondom Foundation. Through this foundation, we help people who need care but are unable to pay for it (in full). In this way, we work together to ensure that our care remains accessible to everyone.
Data collection
We carefully review the results of the completed questionnaires. This helps us to better understand how our care is perceived and what the outcome is. With this knowledge, we can improve our working methods where necessary. In this way, the care we provide continues to meet the needs of our member organisations.
Safely stored
We store your answers securely. Only the healthcare professionals treating you will be able to view certain answers. We use the answers anonymously or in coded form for research and quality improvement.
