What is your role and what gives you energy in your work?

Being a marketing manager at Rondom is a role where every day is different. One moment you’re being creative with copy and setting up online campaigns, and the next you’re interviewing all your colleagues for website content, getting to know them better in the process.

What is your favourite quote, motto or tip to help people get through life more easily?

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

The fact that on Sunday evening I’m looking forward to going back to work on Monday. That really has never happened to me before.

What do you do outside of work that people might not expect of you?

I’m learning Khmer (Cambodian) because my girlfriend is from Cambodia and I’d like to be able to speak to her family. I also enjoy playing Dungeons & Dragons as a fun hobby, which I regularly spend an evening doing, using my creativity and imagination. Finally, I am a loyal servant to my two cats, Pepper and Lexy.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?

I started at the Franse Baan and have been there for three months now, but I’m looking forward to getting to know more colleagues from Rondom on a fun company outing.
