Together with VDR, we form a broad partnership in occupational health and safety. The partnership is between Rondom in Bedrijf and VDR Bouwgroep. Within this collaboration, we are working on a comprehensive approach to health and sustainable employability, bringing together prevention, support and treatment. As a healthcare provider and partner of VDR, our focus is on keeping employees healthy and fit for work. The emphasis is on preventing health issues and improving health.

Access to care and support
Through this partnership, VDR is making a conscious decision to give health a permanent place within its organisation. Employees are supported in their physical and mental health, as well as in their lifestyle. This is done in a way that suits the work and the working environment. The support provided by Rondom in Bedrijf is easily accessible and meets the needs of staff.
Under this approach, VDR staff gain access to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, occupational therapists and lifestyle coaches. There are no waiting times or the need for a referral. In addition, they can use our health app to contact healthcare professionals directly, ask questions and take charge of their own health through online content and challenges.
The partnership also provides access to an on-site health programme. VDR staff can take part in this and attend workshops and other events.
With this approach, complaints are identified and addressed sooner, thereby reducing the likelihood of staff absenteeism.

We work together to provide insight and structure. With a dedicated case manager as the point of contact, we support VDR with issues relating to absence from work and the organisation of appropriate care.
We also provide anonymised insights into health and absenteeism, so that targeted measures can be taken to drive improvement.
